  1. Introduction

Welcome to Boldest-labs™ Entertainment, U.S.A, LLC ("Boldest-labs™", "we", "us", or "our"). The following terms and conditions ("Terms of Service") govern all use of the Boldest-labs™ website and all content, services, and products available at or through the website, including, but not limited to, the Boldest-labs™ video-on-demand service, the Boldest-labs™ member community, and any other features, content, or applications offered from time to time by Boldest-labs™ (collectively, the "Service"). The Service is owned and operated by Boldest-labs™ Entertainment, U.S.A, LLC.

  1. Your Agreement to the Terms of Service

By using the Service, you signify your agreement to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, you may not use the Service.

  1. Use of the Service

The Service is for your personal and non-commercial use. You may not use the Service for any other purpose, or in any manner, that is prohibited by these Terms of Service.

  1. Service Access

Boldest-labs™ grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to access the Service for your personal and non-commercial use. This license is subject to these Terms of Service and does not include any right to: (a) sell or resell the Service or any portion thereof; (b) modify or create derivative works based on the Service; (c) use any data mining, robots, or similar data gathering or extraction methods; (d) download (other than page caching) any portion of the Service, except as expressly permitted by Boldest-labs™; or (e) use the Service other than for its intended purpose.

  1. Member Account

In order to access some features of the Service, you will have to create a Boldest-labs™ member account. You may never use another's account without permission. When creating your account, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are solely responsible for the activity that occurs on your account, and you must keep your account password secure. You must notify Boldest-labs™ immediately of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account. Boldest-labs™ will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this Section 5.

  1. User Content

The Service may allow you to upload, post, or otherwise transmit content, including but not limited to text, photos, and videos ("User Content"). You retain all rights in, and are solely responsible for, the User Content you make available through the Service.

By making any User Content available through the Service, you grant to Boldest-labs™ a non-exclusive, transferable, sub-licensable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, copy, modify, create derivative works based on, distribute, publicly display, publicly perform, and otherwise exploit in any manner such User Content in all formats and distribution channels now known or hereafter devised (including in connection with the Service and Boldest-labs™'s business and on third-party sites and services), without further notice to or consent from you, and without the requirement of payment to you or any other person or entity.

You represent and warrant that: (i) you either are the sole and exclusive owner of all User Content you post and will pay all legal fees associated with the false upload of copyrighted materials and assume all liability.
